ESD Assessment
In an Assessment, a specific element of the ESD Control Program is evaluated, such as work surface mats or floors or ionization. We observe how the element is incorporated into their control program and test its compliance. We submit an Assessment Report if improvements can be made or corrective action needs to be taken.
ESD Audit
Audits are more comprehensive than surveys or assessments. We test and measure every worksurface, floor, cart, shelf, wrist strap, monitor, and ionizer. Tests are marked as Pass or Fail, and measurements are documented. When possible, corrective actions will be taken during the audit. You will receive an audit report.
ESD Compliance Analysis
In order to determine what level of ESD control the company needs, Compliance Analysis is conducted with the company's operations or quality managers. A review of the ESD Protected Areas (EPAs) is conducted to determine if improvements can be made. Recommendations are made to maximize ESD protection.
